Communication of Design Content:

Design content will be communicated exclusively through email. In cases where information is unclear, it is advisable to schedule a design consultation. Such consultations are limited to a maximum of 30 minutes and can be conducted face-to-face or via telecommunications.

Printing Costs and Approval:

Printing costs are subject to variation, and the provided quote must be approved before the design process can begin. Our product designs encompass items such as flyers, business cards, brochures, banners, posters, postcards, and promotional items, among others. Custom designs for specialized products will incur an additional charge starting at $75.

Revision Policy:

The revision count begins after the initial concept has been created and sent for artwork proofing. Any additional revisions beyond the allotted plan are subject to an additional fee starting at $50.

Digital Format and Quality:

All designs are digitally formatted for print and delivered in high-quality file formats, including PDF, JPG, PNG, and/or EPS.

Editable Source Files:

If you require access to the editable source files in formats such as InDesign, Photoshop, or Illustrator, these can be obtained for an additional fee starting at $99 per file.

Post-Print Edits:

Any alterations requested after the design has been finalized and printed will incur an additional charge starting at $50.
